Voss Lift Truck Training are unknown to me – who are you?

A:
Voss was established in 1993 and from small beginnings now operates a national network of RTITB registered instructors covering the UK Mainland.
We now deliver in excess of 1200 training days each year.

You are based on Merseyside – can you really train in all areas of the UK?

A:
Yes absolutely – we have a team of in excess of 30 instructors.
We train overseas & extensively throughout the UK & Ireland.

Are you qualified to deliver training?
|
A:
RTITB is the lead UK Accrediting Body for the lift truck training industry. Voss has been RTITB accredited since 1993 which demonstrates our dedication to Quality LT Training.

What type of training do you offer?
|
A:
RTITB Accredited Training, Non-Accredited Training and Bespoke Training 24 Hour, 7 Day On-Site Training Service.

What if we have no on-site facility to accommodate training?
|
A:
No problem – provided you are within a reasonable radius of the North West we have our own training centre located in Birkenhead and therefore have access to an Off-Site Training Centre.
|

Q:
What about prices?
|
A:
Depending on your requirements (Single days or multiple – Off-Site or On-Site) we can supply a proposal that can be flexible enough to consider your costs. Now our training is an eligible activity for SkillWorks Grant Support for SMEs located on Merseyside.

Q:
How will you remain in contact with us once the training is completed?
|
A:
We pride ourselves on our After Sales Service. Firstly when the training is completed we have a system where we ask for post-course feedback and register any constructive comments – good & bad.
Secondly we then have a very structured method of communicating with clients so that they are aware of any additional training courses, new information or help with the training that has already been provided.

Q:
What about physical materials that the candidate can refer to when the training is complete?
|
A:
Each candidate is provided with a manual, pre-use check -lists and all contact details for other products.
